1. What is neuroaffirming therapy?

Neuroaffirming therapy is a client-centered approach that supports individuals by recognizing and celebrating neurological differences, like ADHD and Autism.

2. Who can benefit from therapy?

Therapy services at Weber Therapy and Consulting helps tweens, teens, young adults, parents, and families manage anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism, school challenges, and parenting stress.

3. Do you offer therapy for teens?

Yes. I provide individual and group therapy for teens focusing on social skills, coping strategies, anxiety management, and school support.

4. Do you provide therapy for young adults?

Yes. Young adult therapy addresses life transitions, independent living skills, stress management, social skills, and career or academic planning.

5. How can therapy help parents?

Parent therapy and coaching helps caregivers manage stress, burnout, irritability, and anxiety, while supporting neurodivergent children and navigating lEPs and 504 plans.

6. What therapeutic approaches do you use?

I use evidence-based, neuroaffirming approaches including ACT, CBT, mindfulness, polyvagal-informed strategies, strengths-based and client-centered methods.

7. Do you offer telehealth therapy?

Yes. We provide secure telehealth therapy sessions across Illinois, allowing clients to access therapy and parent coaching from home.

9. What insurances are accepted?

I am in network with BCBS PPO, Blue Choice options, UnitedHealthcare PPO, and Aetna for eligible therapy sessions.

10. Where is your office located?

My office is at 115 Campbell Street, Suite 209, Geneva, IL 60134. I serve Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles, as well as clients across Illinois via telehealth.
