I’m Jackie Weber, LCSW, and I am the owner and clinical therapist at Weber Therapy and Consulting in Geneva, Illinois. I provide individual therapy, group therapy, and parent coaching for tweens, teens and adults, both in-person in downtown Geneva, IL and via telehealth across Illinois.

My practice has a particular focus on neurodivergent individuals across life stages and transitions, helping clients navigate challenges related to:

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Parenting stress and coaching

  • School avoidance and academic stress

  • Life transitions for adolescents and adults

  • Stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm

Education and Credentials

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago’s Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

My academic and professional training has equipped me to provide evidence-based, neuroaffirming therapy tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and adults.

Experience and Expertise

I have 14 years of experience in public schools, private practice, and home-based therapy services. My experience as a school social worker gives me a deep understanding of educational systems, so I can guide parents in navigating school-based supports, including 504 plans and IEPs.

I value collaborating with parents, schools, and other providers to create cohesive support systems that empower adolescents and their families.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe in the philosophy: “grow through what you go through.”
In therapy, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe space where clients can:

  • Develop coping and problem-solving skills

  • Build resilience and emotional strength

  • Work toward personal growth and well-being

My approach is client-centered, neuroaffirming, and evidence-based, tailored to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and life experiences.

A Little About Me

I am a mama to three girls and enjoy spending time with family, having dance parties, exploring national parks, and watching movies. When not in the therapy office, I love running by the river and rehabbing my 80-year-old house.

Partner With Me for Growth

If you’re a tween, teen or adult looking for support navigating life’s challenges, I would love to partner with you. I provide a safe and affirming environment where you can grow, thrive, and overcome obstacles.
