Unmasking Together - Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Young Adult Women

This weekly interpersonal process group gives neurodivergent young adult women, ages 18-22, a space to explore relationships, identities, emotions, and communication with similar peers.

You are welcome exactly as you are!

Are you a neurodivergent woman (18–22) figuring out life after high school? You’re not the only one and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Building independence and managing everyday demands can feel overwhelming, especially in environments that aren’t designed with your brain in mind. With the right support, tools, and space to be yourself, it can get easier.

Join Unmasked Together, a therapy group for neurodivergent young adult women at Weber Therapy and Consulting. There is a specific focus on ADHD and Autism, however you do not need to have these specific experiences to join - self-identification is welcome! Those who identify as neurodivergent women ages 18-22 are welcome!

This group is for those looking for real connection, confidence, and practical strategies to move through school, work, and life in ways that actually fit them.

In this group we will explore:

  • Building routines and navigating executive function challenges

  • Advocating for your needs in academic and workplace settings

  • Managing burnout and honoring sensory needs

  • Strengthening communication and social connection—on your terms

  • Cultivating self-compassion and pride in your identity
