Unmasking Together - Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Young Adult Women

This weekly interpersonal process group gives neurodivergent young adult women, ages 18-22, a space to explore relationships, identities, emotions, and communication with similar peers.

You are welcome exactly as you are!

Are you a neurodivergent woman (ages 18–22) figuring out life after high school? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

Unmasking Together is a therapy group for young adult women in Geneva, IL designed to support the transition into adulthood. Building independence, managing daily responsibilities, and navigating relationships can feel overwhelming, especially in environments that aren’t built with your brain in mind.

This group at Weber Therapy and Consulting is created specifically for neurodivergent young women, with a focus on ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. However you do not need to have these specific experiences to join - self-identification is welcome!

This in-person therapy group begins June 4, 2026, and meets every Thursday from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm in Geneva, IL. The group is facilitated by Jackie Weber, LCSW, who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals and creates a warm, validating environment where members can explore what matters most at their own pace.

This is a process therapy group, not a skills-based or psychoeducational group. The focus is on genuine human connection, self-awareness, and improving relationships. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, learn from others, and discover new ways of relating to themselves and the people around them.

What to Expect in Group Therapy

Finding a supportive community where you can show up authentically, without masking or hiding parts of who you are, can feel nearly impossible. This young adult therapy group in Geneva, IL was created to meet that need. Here, your experiences matter and your voice is valued.

Share when you are ready. Listen and learn. Build Community.
