1. Complete the Group Inquiry Form
For each group offered at Weber Therapy & Consulting, there is a Group Inquiry Form on the website. Complete this form to share a little bit about yourself and what you are hoping to gain from group therapy.

2. Connect with Jackie Weber
Once you have submitted your group inquiry form, Jackie will reach out via phone or email, to arrange a 15 - minute phone call, to learn more about your needs and what you shared in the form. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the group.

3. Complete paperwork and intake session
Jackie will set up your patient portal, review payment details, and share the intake paperwork electronically. You will set an appointment for an intake session with Jackie, prior to beginning the group. The intake session is typically 60 minutes and will allow for you to share more about current concerns, personal goals and hopes for participating in a group. Jackie will also share what to expect in group.

Groups will generally be 5 - 8 participants. For younger kids, groups may be 3 - 4.

This depends on the client’s needs. Some clients may benefit from participating in both individual and group therapy at the same time. Others may choose one or the other, but this depends on a client’s immediate needs.
It may be helpful to consult with your current individual therapist and seek their professional opinion. If you don't currently see a therapist and would like to further discuss this, you can reach out to Jackie at a (630) 402 - 6767.

Weber Therapy & Consulting is in network with BCBS IL PPO plans, Aetna and UnitedHealthcare and will submit claims for group sessions to these insurance companies. It may be helpful for you to contact your insurance company, with more specific questions about what your plan will cover.

If you are not in network with one of the insurance plans Weber Therapy and Consulting is paneled with, there is a self-pay option for participating in groups. Groups range from $35 - $50 per session.
